Going through a trial of faith? I hesitate to advise you to read a scripture verse-if you are struggling with faith it doesn't make much sense to go a book you might not believe in. It might help though, so here it is.
Faith is hard for people who are skeptical by nature. Some of us need evidence and logic-just having "faith" doesn't work. After all, you can in theory have faith in anything. If you don't believe that the moon is made of cheese, someone who thinks it is might ask you to have "faith". If someone wants you to invest money into their failing business-they might tell you to have "faith" that it will recover and start making money. Faith is, of course, hoping for things that are not seen.
I agree. Faith is something we all have in one way or another. It takes faith to turn on a light bulb. The key is learning how to use the faith needed to unlock the powers of Heaven
