Trump and Trumpers are realizing that the actual process of governing is a lot harder than they thought it was. Even with a republican majority in both the house and senate and a republican president, actually getting nominees approved, much less bills passed-it's not like the business world, is it?
Like many of us have said many times, the business world and the political world are completely different. In the business world a CEO can order you to do something. The president can order you to do something to a degree-he or she can't force their nominees though senate and they actually have limited power with executive orders. The drama going on with the current Trump executive orders shows how limited presidential power really is.
The American people complain all the time about "gridlock" and "how nothing gets done" in politics. It's a good thing in reality-when nothing gets done that generally means nothing bad gets done. He who governs least governs best, after all.
