Internet MDs

It's important to remember that just plugging the word "vaccine" into Google doesn't make you a researcher.

I'm not sure why people are so anti-vaccine in 2017. I think part of it is because of our short memories-people no longer die under age five of yellow fever and diphtheria. The same can be said for polio. Don't lecture me about vaccines being bad when you personally don't have to deal with life in an iron lung. The guy on the internet does not know more than your doctor, no matter he might claim.

The same can be said about depression as well. Over medication might be a problem, in particular with antibiotics. To people suffering  with depression though, medications can keep us sane. Just because you know one person who takes Prozac and is still depressed that doesn't negate the rest of us who rely on the medication in order to wake up in the morning without crippling feelings of doubt and doom.
