This guy is obviously a good businessman but doesn't have a clue how the real world works.
Even if he was "just joking" like Roseanne Barr or trying to make some point like....I don't know....he should have known better. First off, if that's how he really thinks of people, he should have been let go years ago. Second, if he isn't a racist then he still should be let go based on sheer stupidity. Using racial slurs might not make you a bigot, but it does make you a fool.
The biggest losers in this are the 99.9% of innocent employees who did nothing wrong but now will be punished by it. I feel sorry for the franchisees. The taint of what this idiot said might destroy the entire chain.
