Update on my running/working out more.

So, here's my latest workout post.

You'll notice that timing isn't very good. I admit that it isn't. However earlier in the year I couldn't run a half mile, and now I've been able to run for three miles and not 1) die of a heart attack or 2) contemplate suicide due to exhaustion afterwards. For me, running three miles is a huge accomplishment and frankly, I'm proud of it no matter how bad the timing is.
