Another NFL player was caught on tape savagely attacking a woman. It's disgusting, and the NFL has a serious problem with domestic violence. The Chiefs released him, and any team that signs him should be universally critiqued. In fact, I can't imagine a team going through the PR disaster that signing him would entail. 

It came out that the woman who was attacked might have used a racial slur. That's disgusting, repulsive, and abhorrent-but it doesn't warrant getting attacked. If someone uses that language, you should fire back. With your words. Assaulting someone just for what they said is incredibly disturbing. 

Would I feel different if it was two men? Probably. Two guys gotta fight sometimes and racial slurs are certainly fighting words. Even then though, violence is rarely the answer.
