Tammy Bruce is punk. The ultimate compliment I can give someone. Like Camilla Paglia, she an out lesbian. (Camille Paglia is also punk, more on her later). Research shows the most homosexuals vote Democrat. No, that's not homophobic for me to say that, and yes, there are openly gay republicans.
Tammy is a bit different. She was president of NOW, the National Organization for Women. They are not exactly part of the hard right establishment. She had a falling out with them over supposedly "racist comments" during the OJ Simpson case, but before then she was at the forefront of their battles.
Tammy also was brave enough to challenge her own beliefs. she read things that challenged her. Few can these days.
