Scripture Sunday 2 Nephi 2:6-7

It's a personal crusade of mine to make others understand that LDS believe in Christ. Sure, we might have different beliefs than other mainstream Christian churches but out scriptures are loaded with references to Jesus Christ and how He is the redeemer and the Messiah.  LDS believe that Jesus Christ offered Himself as a sacrifice for sin-just like this passage says. All people who have a "broken heart" and a "contrite spirit" can go to Him for relief and forgiveness.
